Role & Responsibilities: As a workflow coordinator, executed the digital operations of MARINA INC Printers and reported directly to operations manager.
Organize the workflow between Sales, Production and Delivery
Team and Time Management
Assure a smooth process to avoid miscommunications
Weekly Status meetings with the Sales Team
Priorities the jobs according to the delivery schedules
Coordinate with distribution manager of offset department for any common delivery “offset and/or digital"
Quality control pit-stops in coordination with operations manager
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for new inquiries

Issuing job orders
Preparing job bags pertaining:
a) Job order, Quotation, PO, Delivery order, signed proof including all other supporting documents
b) Presenting the job bags to the finance department for invoicing on a regular basis

As HR Support Officer, spearheaded HR functions of two divisions HYCON Global Services and HYCON Building Material Supplies with a team of 5 members and reported to the Managing director.
