Role & Responsibilities: As a workflow coordinator, executed the digital operations of MARINA INC Printers and reported directly to operations manager.
 Organize the workflow between Sales, Production and Delivery
 Team and Time Management
 Assure a smooth process to avoid miscommunications
 Weekly Status meetings with the Sales Team
 Priorities the jobs according to the delivery schedules
 Coordinate with distribution manager of offset department for any common delivery “offset and/or digital"
 Quality control pit-stops in coordination with operations manager
 Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for new inquiries
 Stock Inventory
 Petty Cash requirements
 Issuing job orders
 Preparing job bags pertaining:
a) Job order, Quotation, PO, Delivery order, signed proof including all other supporting documents
b) Presenting the job bags to the finance department for invoicing on a regular basis
 Maintaining a clear and clean environment to assure maximum productivity in all departments
