Responsible for below points within OSS/BSS processes.
- Analyze the issues received from the Service Desk, from alarm monitoring or performance management systems.
- Manage alarms and problems for all resources/infrastructure.
- Manage any network fault and, eventually escalates to Back Office.
- Event Correlation and Filtering.
- 1st Level Incident Resolution.
- Track & Manage Incident Resolution/Closing.
- Perform Incident Functional Escalation.
- Incident Notification and Status Reporting.

Responsible for a wide array of support activities at the assigned physical Hayya service centres slated to commence operations across the Qatar during Lusail Super Cup 2022 and FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 events. This position supported the Hayya Mobile and Web Portal Application Software product and service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor support operations at assigned location.
- Assist floor counter tellers if and when requested with system backend.
- Assist floor B2B client liaison officers where necessary.
- Log, track and update all reported issues.
- Liaise with co-located technical partners support teams if and when necessary for solutions e.g. systems down, interruption of service etc.
- Ensure fan questions and challenges are effectively answered, taking ownership of issues.
- General administration activities of Hayya systems and services.
- Escalating support tickets as necessary to the Development and Consultancy teams.
- Update, functionally, to the assigned venue manager and hieratically to the Tiered Support Manager.
- Demonstrate discipline, independence, self-motivation, adherence to policies and procedures on a day to day basis with promptness, professionalism, and preciseness.
- Reflect SC Mission, Vision, and Values with presence at assigned centres/locations.

- Monitoring of network systems and detecting of alarms.
- Using ticketing systems to Create, track, monitor, communicate, broadcast,
coordinate, escalate and close tickets considering SLAs and policies.
- Coordinate changes, events, incidents and problem tickets with third party
NOCs, customers, partners and wholesale units.
- Coordinate and communicate work orders with Field Service (such as cable,
power and A/C).
- Validation, categorization and correlation of events and incidents.
- Handover of tickets to the following shift and ensure that all required
information from previous shift are captured.
- Performing quality test calls.
- Conducting periodic and requested reports.

Participation for IT Support activities with Q22 in FIFA Arab Cup 2021 event by :
- Monitor and respond quickly to all users requests related to IT issues over the phone, email or in-person.
- Responsible for PC’s, Printers, and related equipment.
- Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down and perform online troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
- Choose the best issues solution and document processes for the future use.
- Conduct ITSM processes (assign, follow up, escalate and close tickets).
- Cooperate with assigned team on all tasks.
- Contribute to other Onsite IT Support activities.

Participation in Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) network expansion project as Network Technician by :
- Design and install well-functioning servers and networks connections, mounting and cabling.
- Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.
- Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs.
- Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement.

▪ Maintenance of Medical laboratory devices such as ABG, CBC, ECG and Urine Analysis device.
▪ Installation of medical devices at medical facilities locations.
▪ Training medical staff on laboratory devices.
▪ Providing the customers with devices’ operating materials.
