HR Business Partner (Branch Banking)
- Managing the rollout plan for new branches. In addition to managing the startup parameters for each new branch.
- Interview the new staff and ensure if eligible for the vacancy.
- Assigning goals for the branch banking staff to meet the bank’s financial and non-financial targets.
- Solving the staff problem and report it to the head of branch banking.
- Overseeing the staff movements between branches to ensure better control and awareness.
- Review the staff salary, bonus, grade and performance before discussing with the GM.
- Analyzing the weekly workload per branch per area and solve the issue based on the severity of the workload.

- Review the account opening agreements for corporate, establishments and government.
- Advice the assigned branches to complete the requirement missing documents for account opening requests.
- Visiting branches on monthly basis to make sure the required files are in place and counting the cash.
- Transfer staffs between branches.
- Holding the password for all branches cash vault in king of Saudi Arabia.
- Advice the branches on daily basis to correct the operation mistakes.

Relationship Service Manager (RSM) - Corporate Customer Service Center - 7 years
Receives, processes, and manages corporate customer’s requests and requirements, such as money transfers, loans, time deposits and inquiries.
Work closely with Corporate Relationship Managers and customers’ financial managers or their representatives in managing corporate clients’ service related activities.
Deals with several parties within and outside the organization and acts as the focal point for coordinating customer requests between the business and operational areas.
Works with all parties to deliver the full spectrum of products and services required throughout a customer relationship lifecycle.
Handle all the Cheque book related activities.
Manage the customer SambaAccess pin-codes (Corporate customer portal).
Pre-Processor- Corporate Customer Service Center - 1 year
The main role of the preprocessor is to check the customer’s transactions and status before they got processed through the operation area.
Checking the transaction includes checking the account balance, the signature, the status and the other transaction related details.
Booking and coordinating customer deals with Treasury.
Business Developer - Commercial Bank Services - 1 year
Look for prospect customers and clients.
Investigate about the prospect customers and clients.
Coordinate and arrange site visits.
Responsible of preparing comprehensive reports about the prospect customers and clients and other related sales activities.
