I. Tasks & Responsibilities

• Execution of recruitment plans as per the organization's goals
• Handling the recruitment process from the sourcing stage to the contract signing stage, as well as, evaluating the outcomes.
• Monitoring all departments of the organization for employees' training and development to reduce turnover.
• Developing the recruitment process within the company to insure efficiency in the work flow.
• Employee Relation, which includes, Exit interviews, investigations, issuance of bank, experience... etc. letters, employee settlement.
• Monitoring with the GRD department for employees transfer of sponsorship and GOSI registration.

II. Projects

• Implemented the recruitment plan of The Truck Project for the DD department considering the required percentage of varieties in the nationalities hired to insure the success of the project in the market.
• Executed the recruitment plan of The Four & Accessories project of Axiomtelecom.
