Hakwati is a media and production company where my responsibilities lay in all areas of Branding, Marketing, and Digital production as a marketing manager, and creative producer.
Key Responsibilities and Atcheavments:
Managed the Content, Creative Direction, and produced all Digital Media content and external Clients' commercials such as; MBC, General Authority of Statistics, and the Ministry of Tourism.
With Minimal resources, I re-positioned the digital platforms for Hakawati by managing and developing the art direction and creating the calendar including all interactive programs and creative content.
Managed several mini-campaigns to increase traffic (Paid/Organic)
Re-Branded Hakawati's identity
Managed clients and sales of commercial ads with over 3M worth of projects revenue
Critically evaluate and analyze the market trends and engage in decision-making over postpaid products by creating, managing, and communicating them to enhance the proposition, revenue generation, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities and Achievements:
- Created new postpaid products including "eSIM50" and managed them from the idea stage to go to Market stage
- Enhanced the most premium package RAQI communication, package benefits, and brand
- Enhanced the customer experience for postpaid products by improving the website, e-Shop, and Mobily app content and experience, as well as in-store materials.
- Overseas and all promotion and communications activities of the postpaid packages which led to a better understanding and increase in revenue
- Manage partnership activities with several suppliers such as; The Entertainer, Anghami and StarzPlay
- Performed BTL campaigns for existing customers
- Help establishing change management department under VRO office and design plans to increase awareness
- Creating Media Communication Plans

- Participated in building the infrastructure and strategies including departments and company's main strategy, resulting to the growth of the company and securing key investors
- Managed project as a producer with many partners such as; ELM, Saudi Banks, and Richy
Managed and increased client base and fulfill their marketing goals
