Customer Support:
• Ensure successful deliveries by supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners.
• We are the first point of contact for our Retail customers and English-speaking customers by answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, and use a variety of tools to navigate and review solutions in real-time
• Needs to facilitate the flow of information between delivery stakeholders and communicate effectively with our customers.

• Reviewing their account and preventing their data from suspicious activities.
• Resolving complicated issues of customers with their Retail, Digital, and subscribed Orders of customers.

• Investigating insurance claims to determine the extent of insuring a companys liability.
• Investigating claims thoroughly to ensure they meet all requirements, including legal standards and company policies.
