• Working closely with all department and projects managers to fulfill the business requirements.
• Accountable about Manpower requirements & Mobilization plans for new projects.
• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including prescreening, on-site interviews, reference checks and offers.
• Working closely with the Director to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies for each role.
1- • Responsible about the recruitment activities (Overseas / local / Saudization/ Manpower planning and forecasting/ Workforce segmentation).
2- • Operate day-by-day Recruitment Cycle sourcing, selection, interviewing and hiring.
3- • In charge of recruitment reports (weekly/ Monthly/ quarterly).
4• In charge of exit interview.
1- • Searching right candidate for all level positions from all sources internally and overseas.
2- • Conduct offers and contract terms negotiation when needed, sign contracts with selected candidates and finalize employment paperwork.
3- • Responsible about recruitment reports (weekly /Monthly/ quarterly).
4- • In charge of new employee induction.
5- • In charge of completing the file for new employees and provide it to personnel department.
1- • Responsible about ERP System: MenaPay, MenaHR, MenaMe.
2- • Recruitment Processes & onboarding Processes.
3- • Processing Employee’s Health Insurance.
