Contributes to the strategy development and implementation for the Public Relations & Marketing Division
Works with direct reports to identify and establish medium to short term strategic priorities and targets, in line with QM’s policies and guidelines and ensures their successful execution
Champions initiatives that enables maximum output that fully contributes to the delivery of Division goals
Leads policies and procedures review to identify areas of improvement within own function and recommends changes leading to best-practice operations and compliance with legislative standards and guidelines
Provides Senior Management with regular reports with analysis and comments on performance and results
Formulates strategies to drive online traffic to QM and all its institutions.
Develops and oversees digital marketing campaigns to ensure consistency, co-ordination, accuracy and integrity of content
Utilizes a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC to promote QM activities and events online.
Oversees the online media strategy for QM ensuring alignment with QM’s overall strategy
Leads and implements new digital platforms and launches through management and implementation of content, User Experience (UX) and Graphic Interface Design (GUI) of new functionality upgrades across existing digital and new QM territories and digital innovations e.g. mobile app, (development in collaboration with the Information Technology department)
Manages agency’s and works with vendors for delivery of freshest and most effective digital communication for QM and its institutions
Leads and manages on the design and content of QM and all its institutions digital platforms to keep it fresh, relevant and user friendly; contributes to the usability and conversion of the website
Evaluates customer research, market and competitor data to guide the digital content development process at QM
Reviews new technologies and keeps the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Supervision of the Online and Offline database system as well as Mobel Décor’s website. The main role required a series of creative solutions and ideas to provide a much better results and exposure in keeping the online content up-to-date in consistent to the Est stocks. This role required a fair knowledge of SEO as well as Social Media API integration.
