Procurement and contracts specialist
- Working on Etimad platform
- Coordinating with relevant boards (Opening, examining offers and direct purchase) to ensure their commitment with government regulations and instructions
- Coordinating to complete the procedures of projects introductions, purchases, contracting processes
- preparing periodic reports of tenders and contract, and update them periodically
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, planning expected payments in coordination with relevant departments

-Handling and resolving queries related to all contracts
-Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and conduct market research to source goods and services. Develop and maintain a network of reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors.
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs, forecast demand, and develop procurement strategies and plans. Determine appropriate procurement methods, such as competitive bidding or direct negotiations.
-Analyze procurement data and conduct cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Monitor and manage procurement budgets, track spending, and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs.

- Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with customers.
-Ensure customer complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.

Following up and ensuring license extraction for members

-Assisting with verifying invoice data for accuracy and proper approval.
