• Can do online submission for Dubai Municipality and Dubai civil defense.
• 3D Visual views using 3D max Vray for client design presentations.
• Meet the Clients to discuss the concept of designs.
• Oversee a team to carry out design to the client’s needs.
• Interior and exterior concepts and visualizations using 3dMax/Vray, AutoCAD and Photoshop
for clientpresentations/liaisons;
• Permit processing with authorities such as Municipality.
• Design editing and evaluation;
• Site visits, inspections, measurement and interior fit‐outconsiderations.
