Preparing and installing DSLAM (MXK) and Switch (Extereme) on site.
Connection between Switch - Switch & Switch - DSLAM using UTP / Fiber Optics and SFP.
Configuring & troubleshooting DSLAM (Paradyne, MALC, MXK) and Switch (Extreme), for DSLAM (LACP and Layer3) and for Switch (LACP and Layer 2).
Uploading & downloading backup for DSLAM and switch by using FTP & TFTP server.
Checking if the data line is throttled through F5 router.
Checking through PRTG on Cisco-ASR9912 for number of subscribers it they are increasing or decreasing.
Full troubleshoot on the network (including intranet) and DSLAM using PRTG monitoring & telnet, ssh sessions.
Full management and troubleshooting on ZMS (Zhone Management System).
Adding sensors for the end user using PRTG for monitoring Data line to check the line statics.
Solving tickets for the network issues.
Going onsite for troubleshooting and fixing the issue.
Making reports daily work and working as a team for fixing the network remotely or onsite.
In beginning 2009 took wider responsibilities in Configuring all kinds of HDSL modems (Speedtouch, Zhone), ADSL modems (including Cisco 1900 Series), VDSL modems, Routers, and Access points; Configuring ports forwarding for online gaming (PC-PS4-Xbox) and online camera (DVR); Troubleshooting on phone and on desk with the customers for the internet connection; Accessing remotely to the ADSL router and DSLAM for checking and fixing the issue; Solving problems on the computer related to the internet and the network (LAN, WLAN).
Handled responsibilities of installing & repairing large format digital printer, digital broadcasting device, and digital
apparel printer in the middle east, participated in several exhibitions in Dubai for Digital Apparel Printer: Anajet and
Egypt for Digital Broadcasting Device: Carlipa & Digital Apparel Printer: Anajet, and provided online troubleshooting
with the customers for their problems and appropriate training in using the machines.
