In This Position i started my first manageryer role, and i learned a lot in different categories:
1- People:I learned in different ways about leading people and take care of their learning, development and issues. Also i had a part for the interview and recruiting for my department
2-Management: in this part my load of experience came with interacting and learning from my seniors from different departments and managers regarding the communicating, leading, work with the values and following company policy.
3- Operation: I learned here a lot, from communicating and working with another departments to achieve the tasks and from running the tasks and delegating the responsibilities in order to meet the deadlines and achieve the goals, based on a routines and basics of doing them in the company way.
My main Responsibilities was achieving the budget and do KPI's reports, and communicating with other shops and the head office. also taking care of the logistic part of reviving and sending goods.

Here My first learning and training of sales skills, and applying them in the floor. and how to face the crowds and deal with types of customers. also achieving the budget and bring the sales.
My start of carer and here i first learn facing the customer and communicating with the management, In the Cashier part i learned about the work pressure and load, also in the Customer Service, additional to problem solving. As Assistant HR Manager, i learned how to deal with people.
