Generally responsible for:
1. Attendance Management.
2. Compensation and Benefits.
3. Employee Relations.
4. Performance Management.
5. Reward and Recognition.
6. Employment Rules and Regulations.
7. Monthly Payroll Processing.
8. Ensures that the company policies are followed and implemented.
9. Updates HRIS System
10. Generates report from HRIS system & submit to the Management.
11. Processes Vacation Settlement thru HRIS System (MenaItech).
12. Processes Final Settlement (EOSB) of resigning/terminated employees.
13. Controls ticket entitlement of the employees and its eligible dependents.
14. Edits company policies as required.
15. Controls Medical Insurance for the employees and its eligible dependents; request new addition, deletion, change class and etc. thru the Website of Bupa.
16. Participates in preparing Job Descriptions for each position.
17. Providing administrative support to the HR Department.
18. Ensures that applicants submit all required documents before forwarding it the HR Manager for approval.

2. Maintain & monitor all the employee info in HRIS and ensure its accuracy
3. Manages all employees leave and ensure applied, taken, cancelled leave is processed as per the HR Policy & Procedure.
4. Ensures that company policies are strictly followed and implemented
5. Ensures all employees’ ESB documentation is prepared and finalized as per HR Policy and Procedure.
6. Handling employment contracts (new contract, renewal, update and termination)
7. Monitors expiration of employees’ residence permit (Iqama)
8. Updates employee Medical Insurance and its dependents thru BUPA’s Website (add new employee or update existing members and delete inactive staff).
9. Make travel arrangement of the company’s executives.
10. Screening and attending incoming telephone calls
11. Prepares and submits analysis (percentage) of staff by Nationality.
12. Conducting preliminary interview for the new applicants and scrutinize documents including Iqama’s Status, Passport and Certificates. Schedule chosen applicants for final interview
13. Observing and applying strict level of confidentiality and discretion to all matters related to the performance of the role.
14. Responsible for all English Business Correspondence
1. Responsible for all Business Correspondence, including typing of scripted Arabic Letters
2. Preparation of monthly and yearly sales report
3. Handling and managing the office of the Area Manager.
4. Maintaining Office Supplies and maintenance of the office equipments
5. Supporting Sales Team in coordinating Supermarkets
6. Typing Sales Agreement between the Company and the Clients
7. Facilitating Management Meetings and prepares Agenda and taking Minutes of the Meeting.
8. Make travel arrangements of the Executives.
9. Screening Phone Calls and Visitors
10. Read and Routes all faxes, mails and emails.
11. Maintaining systematic filing
