• Oversee import contracts, including Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and or Tender Announcements and Invitations, Order Placements (PO) translation, commercial letters /correspondence, and negotiation of contracts terms and conditions .
• Assist in the preparation of Requests For Proposals(RFPs) / Procurement Plans in English and Arabic ensuring full compliance with employer regulations and policies.
• Participate in bid evaluation committees of commercial and technical proposals ensuring strict adherence to the BD/PP requirements and specifications.
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate coordination with the departments concerned /beneficiaries.
• Maintain good supplier -buyer relationship for the sound implementation of contracts obligations.
