Responsible for the commissioning and startup of the Honeywell control system DCS and the shutdown system ESD of the Gas and oil plant at Faragh phase II field, Waha oil company.
Responsible for the site survey on Al-Ghani field (Harouge Oil Company) to study and submit a technical report to the Honeywell design engineers to replace the fire and gas detection system on the Power plant control room and laboratories.
Managed and controlled the Honeywell Access control system installed by third party Company on Bechtel Camp and offices on Al-khalij thermal power station project (Sirt Libya).
Assigned as part of an Initiative Team of experienced Sales, Operations & Engineering personnel deployed to organize with Libyan companies to help return the Energy production back to normal levels following the conflict and to search for new opportunities.
Site survey and Field study of upgrading the Level gauging system on Sirt refinery at El-Briga City.
Site survey and technical requirement report on the Libyan Petroleum Institute in Tripoli for replacement of fire and gas detection system.

I lead and supervised the instrument suction to professionally keep all equipment in their best working condition by means of well planned troubleshooting, repairing and Installation of all types of modern instrument and telecommunication equipment on the FPSO and the platform.
I have supervised and trained new instrument technicians and process operators to improve their working skills. I also completed their assessments and monthly time sheets.
I organized material ordering process and kept spares level under control.

Carried out all routine and non-routine maintenance of modern intelligent instrumentation associated with the companies Oil and Gas plants, GE gas turbines, Water Injection facility, Reverse Osmosis Water Plant. Commissioned and started up a new LRP (Liquid Recovery Plant), Performed troubleshooting and some basic configuration and programming of:- Central Control System (CCS) ICS Triplex Regent Plus, Also Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) Allen Bradley & Mitsubishi.
Covered for the position of instrument unit supervisor on request. This Role involves completion of employee assessments and time sheets, ordering of new equipment and spares and setting stock levels of new instrumentation spares, and training of new local instrumentation employees.
