• Conducting a feasibility studies for MoL projects which includes business modeling, Financial modeling, pricing, and extensive economic analysis, financial analysis.

Schedule recurring internal and customer facing meetings as needed during project implementation to review and monitor project goals and status. Work closely with Customer Care, Project and Maintenance, Finance, and Facilities departments to ensure an accurate and efficient process.
• Maintain documents critical to project implementation. Track project implementation and provide status updates using MS Project.
Achievements:
• Successful implementation of ERP Oracle R12 (HR, Procurement, Projects & maintenance)
• Made more than 80% of the chambers services available online through e-Chamber project.
• Participate in the chamber's delegate for signing MOU's and benchmarking leading governments’ trading agencies in Singapore and Malaysia 2009.
• Head of IT committee in major Conferences and forums conducted by the Chambers and its partners.

• Maintain Business and systems processes in the process-modeling tool and ensure that these are reflective of the implemented ERP solution.
