Managing entertainment division B2B customer platform across 3 brands in Kuwait and KSA.

Development of sales promotions, packages, and events. Pre-opening crew of two brands (TEKZONE - QUEST) Develop and review financial planning, business forecast, budget and business plan achievement.
Reviewing, negotiating and managing commercial and sponsorship contracts with legal department and respective stakeholders.
Promote and maintain effective relationships with all

Monitoring and analyzing competitors strengths and weaknesses,
Creating strategies to optimize sales and monitor cost saving practices.
Maintain knowledge of changing market trends and changing seasonality.
Creative input into brand's marketing campaigns, client engagement and product development.
Leading Group sales department manpower (Recruitment, evaluation and training)
Reporting performance reviews to all relevant stakeholders.
Reporting to the Sponsorship manager and Business Alliance Manager of Leisure & Entertainment. Responsible for the generation of income through sponsorship building and leading all phases of a sponsorship program, by developing and maintaining marketing plans, to include all sponsor's, in order to meet or exceed the overall business objectives.
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively sourcing potential industry partners, accountable for achieving over US$ 3M annually.
- Manage all contractual rights and work with sponsors to deliver their activation goals.
- Ensuring all sponsors are integrated and achieve their business objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of partner enablement activities, creating repeatable best practices and measurements of effectiveness.
- Development of presentations, including market research and data, to build powerful and persuasive proposals based on marketing objectives and the business needs of potential clients.
- Creatively use sponsorship assets to build and demonstrate innovative marketing programs which add genuine value to potential clients and KidZania.
- The central point of contact internally and externally for all industry partner-related activities.
- Ensure the digital, communications and other internal teams are fully aware of all campaign activities of sponsors.
- Work with the Line manager of the Sponsorship team in conjunction with KidZania policies, KPI's and values.
Chief role is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to all stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Responsible for the Daily, weekly and monthly cash flows. Contingent liabilities, releasing payments, tracking all Bank accounts. Maintaining bank contracts and logs. Cash flow forecasting with sales and expenses.
1. Handling & controlling daily sales report from all restaurants under Epicure.
2. Reconciling daily sales report from the Epicure restaurants.
3. Recording daily sales into Oracle through manual JVs for Epicure restaurants.
4. Handling & controlling petty cash for all GFC & Epicure restaurants and petty cash to be paid to the staff for business trips.
5. Entering manual invoices from Epicure restaurants Outside Catering into AR module of Oracle Financial.
6. Assisting in entering supplier manual invoices into AP module of Oracle Financial.
7. Assisting accounts supervisor during the month end.
Planning, organizing and implementing of various sports events and marketing events for Aymstrong, working on precision, also responsible for a small team of delegates making assuring the readiness and smoothness of all events. Wide knowledge in the market in purchasing and acquiring marketing elements.
Masters in Business Administration with a focus in Financial courses.
