* Reviewed the budget of each project including materials, manpower, equipment’s and
transportation after revising the contract drawings.
* Control electrical and mechanical material quantities needed for each project after did the
breakdown of the BOQ.

* Revised the procurement orders regarding cost and approved materials.

* Create the annual overhead forecast budget for head office departments and enhance financial
controls and processes
* Lead and develop cost control and planning teams including recruiting, employee performance
evaluation, termination, increments, and create over all KPI Reports
* Make sure to have competent staff though team working, follow up .and help them to find the
best solutions, also by providing them with the updated needed trainings.
* Evaluate any suggestions or recommendations and deal with critical and complex issues related
to cost, budget, etc. issues.
* Demonstrate the ability to create the sequence of process (SOP) related to cost, planning and
procurements departments to be compatible and join all the sections, then to follow up with the
IT team to be applied on ERB system.
* Make sure to close the activities in monthly basic which affect the periodic reports.
* Prepare forecasts and cost trend reports (YTD, MTD & ITD) and compare them with forecast
plan then submit the results to the management.
* Analyzing cost & revenue trends and reporting problems or potential problems to Executive
Management
* control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices
and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures
are captured and properly recorded.
* Contribute in the company strategies, business and budgets plans to achieve the high
management directions.
* Develops the commercial department’s procedures to control and facilitate all activities within
the department.
* Assess and identify the potential risks and adopt proper financial protection measures through
risk transfer (to outside parties), risk avoidance.
* Review all PO’s, contracts payment terms to be compatible with department cash follow and
internal policy.
* Review all quotations comparisons and compare them with the projects specifications.
* Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
* Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
* provide redlined recommendations and often negotiate directly with customers until consensus
has been reached
* Update the tender department with the Materials market price.
* Participate in biding projects in overhead and indirect cost and review the BOQ breakdown.
