The family-owned Barrak Group has been in business for four decades, primarily in the industrial sector. It has several companies work on solar energy, automatic doors, elevators, glasses, industrial gases, and clothing. Glass and gases are two of the major companies that the group is actively working to list on the stock exchange market. My role is to oversee listing the company's assets into stock exchange market —financial, legal, and human—under the new entity "Ballor Industry, " which was created to separate the corporate administration. Along with the new expansions, everyday tasks of business management activities are also carried out for the gas industry across various geographic locations, including P&L control, human capital leading, sales growth, and asset management.

Oversaw and improved main JV’s communication to maintain smooth flow of sales and marketing activities. Tracked progress Supported and streamlined company five years strategic business plan development activities in collaboration with third party consultant. Created new product JV agreement with local partner. Managed agreements of the agency in Kuwait and Oman in co-operation with well experienced local firms. Estimated, forecasted, and prepared project budget to meet day-to-day expenditures of operations. Administered client registration and approval for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Sipchem, SWCC, SEC, and many EPC’s. Spearheaded 13 different marketing events in/out the kingdom. Performed Contract Review of 25 main contracts for local/oversees clients. Ensured company compliance with client requirement by collaborating with other departments. Submitted over 190 firm proposals by building and reviewing Quotations.
● Established and maintained the whole department of Sales and Marketing.
● Attained major clients in the region for company.
● Met and surpassed sales targets in 2017 by lead, training, and monitoring the sales and marketing team.
● Accomplished sales of $30M within a single year.
● Defined and enlarged new business opportunities by conducting overseas markets surveys.
● Evaluated and upgraded the department procedure and sales force scopes in compliance with market needs to enable the achievement of full business potential.
