− Oversee the maintenance and operation of THR/TMR radio communication systems, alert
systems & vehicle-mounted surveillance cameras that special for the Kuwait Fire Force.
− Supervise, train, and support a team of 10 maintenance technicians.
− Conduct regular inspections of all operations rooms to ensure systems are running effectively
and without impediments.
− Respond directly to urgent maintenance complaints, ensuring quick resolution and identifying
root causes.

− Collect and review daily reports from the technician team, ensuring timely resolution of all
maintenance issues.

plumbing, and safety systems.
− Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective
services.
− Developed and managed facility budgets, achieving cost savings through efficient resource
use.
− Optimized space utilization and coordinated office moves, renovations, and workspace
planning.
− Supervised a team of 10 staff members, including maintenance and security personnel.
− Integrated and maintained building management systems (BMS) to control climate, lighting,
and security.

− Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for seamless integration of electrical systems
into building design.
− Inspect and evaluate plumbing, civil, HVAC, and firefighting systems, recommend solutions
for improvement.
− Respond to tenant complaints regarding building systems or facilities in a timely and
professional manner.
− Maintain accurate records of all tenant complaints, investigations, and resolutions for future
reference.
− Develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal performance and reliability of building
systems (escalators, elevators, sliding doors, shutters…)
− Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion of work to
required quality standards.
− Review and approve designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with
regulatory and safety standards for all building systems.
− Ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of building systems by monitoring performance
metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
− Proficient in utilizing Maximo software for facility management.
− Experienced in effectively managing maintenance tickets, including ongoing and closing
tickets, through HubSpot CRM.

 Installation of electrical pipes & wires as per specs and drawings.
 Low voltage activities (parking system, CCTV, data & telecom, security, sound system,
public address, clock system, nursing system, queuing system).
 Installation of DB, MSB, and LT room (Checking size & Number of the Cables, Wires,
Circuit Breakers & Earth Leakage Relays) as per specs and drawings.
 Installing cable trays and cable trunking as per specs and drawings.
 Installing, connecting and commissioning transformers and generators as per specs and
drawings.
 Installing, connecting and commissioning firefighting system (Checking location &
number of the Heat & Smoke Detectors, Controllers & Alarms as per specs and
drawings).
 Installing, connecting and commissioning lighting control system.
 Install and check location & number of the Light & Power points as per specs and
drawings.
 Review drawings and compare to site.
 Perform Megger Test.
 Perform Earthing Test (grounding system & lightning protection system).
