-Preparation and validation of satellite control procedures.
-Assess the performance of satellites in orbit, proposing corrective control actions as required.
-Prepare specifications and requirements for the ground control system, and subsequent testing and validation activities.
-Provide on-call support for the in-orbit control activities.
-Configure the satellite control system equipment of the SCC and Take corrective action in event of satellite or TCR station anomaly.
-Advise the staff of the Satellite Control Section in case of satellite or ground system anomaly, according to pre-defined procedures.
-Preparation of monthly reports, failure reports and satellite health status reports.
-Participate in the development and maintenance of the SCC software.
-Prepare and assess the performance of station-keeping maneuvers and other flight dynamics related operations.
-Interaction with external parties (other departments, contractors, consultants, etc) for all matters related to the section or to specific projects.
Project: Control Section Customer Service, Automated System.
In charge of coordination with all of the project stakeholders to develop and design an ERP system for Arabsat satellites control section, I received rare recognition from ARABSAT president for distinguished achievement and improving the quality of operations in the organization.
Responsibilities:
-Participate in the creation of the system design and functional specifications.
-Identify the opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes.
-Coordinate with network administrator to test the system applications.
-Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in the new applications to meet user requirements.
-Provide assistance and advice to business users in an effective use of the new applications..
-Prepare technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
• Responsible for implementing and monitoring electrical systems related to the company projects.
