• Supervise all the civil works in the project. (EPC contract).
• Evaluate contractor's method statement and approve/reject them.
• Receive and audit the contractor's quality assurance plan and compliance documents.
• Review and approve contractor's design, procurements, construction submittal's, materials, equipment, catalogues, and samples and study them.
• Evaluate contractor's monthly progress reports and the actual vs. planned progress.
• Review contractor RFI's (request for inspection) to ensure work is according to the drawings and specifications.
• Evaluate and audit the detailed Bills of Quantities for payment evaluation purposes.
• Attends testing if necessary and endorses test reports issued by contractor and rejects non- complying plant, materials and equipment's workmanship or design, and instructs retesting if necessary.
