across all facility functions.
• Oversee all facility staff—security, gardeners, technicians, and groundskeepers: Including scheduling, performance evaluation, and compliance
with company standards.
• In-charge of facility and project management for 75 luxury villas, ensuring preventive maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and timely execution of
renovation works.
• Responsible for 4 residential and office buildings and 4 warehouses, managing maintenance programs, asset reliability, utilities, and operational
efficiency.
• Review property proposals from both technical and commercial perspectives, supporting management with cost analysis, vendor evaluation, and
risk assessment.
• Ensure all buildings comply with HSE, government regulations, and environmental, health, and security standards, always maintaining audit-ready
documentation.
• Oversee building projects, renovations, and refurbishments, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver work within scope,
time, and budget.
• Manage Capex and Opex budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement, expenditure control, and optimization of maintenance and project costs.

• Lead business development by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the companys Marketing & Sales
strategy.
• Analyze marketing analytics, sales metrics, and business development performance, taking corrective actions to ensure targets are
achieved.
• Prepare project estimates, budgets, BOQs, and construction timelines for client proposals and tender submissions.
• Manage and oversee Civil, Construction, and MEP projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and on-time
delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and strong commercial outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership for company operations, financial planning, and growth initiatives to support long-term business expansion.
