 Managing passenger/cargo sales & marketing operations; conducting sales promotional activities & new product launches as a part of brand building & market development effort.
 Conducting competitor market analysis for keeping abreast of prevalent market structure and enhancing market penetration.

Airport HUB operations and handling for both passenger and Cargo .
 Supervising & monitoring all in bound and out bound flights including handling flights operations providing assistance to passengers and assistance against overbooked/ delayed/ cancelled flights.
