Managing sales & hub operations with a view to achieve business (sales volume & market share, 3PL transportation negotiations signing contract on behalf the airline )to meet objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability and customer satisfactions is meet .

Managing passenger/cargo sales & marketing operations; conducting sales promotional activities & new product launches as a part of brand building & market development effort.

Airport HUB operations and handling for both passenger and Cargo .
Supervising & monitoring all in bound and out bound flights including handling flights operations providing assistance to passengers and assistance against overbooked/ delayed/ cancelled flights.
Monitoring arrival/ departure operations like assisting passengers, dealing with mishandled baggage & raising reports for the baggage claims.
In the absent of the airport manager to attend and chair where necessary key stakeholder committees meetings including the airside safety committee, airport stake holder, airport security and risk advisory group and health and safety committee.
Ensure air side safety and operations are conducted in strict accordance with standards and procedures.
Developing, recommending, implementing and monitoring the region or country cargo business plan including key accounts, premium products; identifying the revenues and the cost of sales target and Key Performance Indicators for all sales and service activity.

Promoting the company’s brand values in the area or country of responsibility through all sales and marketing activities, especially promotions and those with trade media involvement, to ensure strong visibility/communication is maintained within the assigned territory with an aim to increase its regional profile.
The Training was over 18 months and part of it was attended and other part was home study as this was designed by the company (Gulf Air) to have have us ready for higher management level . The Training was focusing on Sales all type of sales Marketing all type of products and conducting a firm business with other tools with the organization.
