Recruit, orient, and train security personnel on appropriate security rules and procedures

• Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel.
• Ensure that all security staff provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, visitors, and contractors at all times.
• Responsible to manage all safety & security, Fire Life Safety, and food hygiene risks faced by the hotel.
• Liaise with all department heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security procedures.
• Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards, and any untoward incidents.

◦ Preparing Microwave link Packages for each new link, which contains Indoor & outdoor information, the hop configuration, link budget and Network Connectivity.
◦ Prepare the hop configuration and determine the link parameters, which contains; TX power, Rx power, antenna size, availability, Capacity, fade margin,
◦ Frequency planning, determine the point frequency for the links referring to distance and frequency bands licensed from TRC(using Pathloss4)
◦ Update the indoor documents (DDF & Rack layouts) for sites and the Network Connectivity diagrams regularly.
◦ Optimize the Microwave in both system PDH&SDH network and keep its high quality by:
Determine the needed Capacity upgrades for the Marconi links.
◦ Determine the needed protection solutions (hot standby or working standby) for the links.
◦ Supervise the upgrade & the protection processes (providing all needed Documents).
◦ Monitor all the links and check if their performance is according to ITU recommendations.
