- Provide software implementation and support for financial solutions.
- MENA territory pre sale, conducting technical demonstration to prospective clients working closely with the sale team to communicate the client’s requirement and to assure and increase client satisfaction and deepen the relationship with them.

- After sale support and maintenance, providing customers with help and support on the system as well as Preparing training materials and developing training structure to meet the objectives required by both the client and the sale team.

- Track progress and review project tasks to ensure deadlines are met appropriately and to facilitate delivery of project objectives.
- Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
- Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities, and to ensure that all communications between both parties are precise.
