•Track, verify and analyze the performance of >150 technology projects in the area of Enhanced Oil Recovery, Exploration Technology, Contaminants Removal & Advanced Materials as part of business performance reporting to PETRONAS ELT & PETRONAS Research Sdn Bhd (PRSB) Board of Directors
•Post organizational transformation in 2016, track and analyze the identified technology key result areas e.g. technology focus areas, governance, communication, delivery and IP exploitation as part of the transformation journey requirement
•Involve in the finalisation and rollout of PETRONAS Technology Management System, which successfully yields the re-alignment of technology development, collaboration and investment approach group wide
•Involve in the prioritization of technology portfolio and finalization of technology delivery plan which lead to a 5 years technology budget ring-fence at PETRONAS level
• Secured a collective revenue of ~RM200 million from business development activities delivering high speed broadband to enterprise & government agencies. Project highlights include:
>60 Kampung Tanpa Wayar & Pusat Internet 1Malaysia sites (2010 - 2012)
>30 Celcom Wi-Fi (in-building & outdoor) sites (2011-2012)
3 enterprise Wi-Fi sites e.g. A’Famosa Resort, Sutera Harbour Resort, Laban Rata Rest house, Kota Kinabalu City Wi-Fi (2011 - 2012)
• Appointed as a liaison between commercial and project delivery teams covering various project delivery cycle e.g. business model development, site survey & acquisition, project cost & schedule tracking and user acceptance
Areas of study: Business management systems analysis and design methods, database management systems and commercial applications with specialisation in Knowledge Management.
