Highlights

• I played a major role in avoidance the company's costs discrepancy in the equipment department in different projects, and resulted huge costs saved, time and unified prices.
• I assisted and provided solution in developing and enhancing the procurement and sourcing system in order to facilitate and speed up the procurement process and avoid potential errors.
• Advise on the development procurement and supply chain management in terms of optimising procurement processes, system and people.
• I successfully managed and played key role in setting up procurement and IT departments for many projects along with selecting, guiding and leading employees.
• A study was presented on the possibility of allocating procurement costs to be automated in terms of preliminaries costs (including seasonal and temporary works), permanent costs and operations and maintenance costs.

As Sr. Procurement and Contract Administration
• Addressing any issues during contract performance that might increase performance risk, such as price escalating, supplier stopped delivering, or Sub-contractor suspend its work, or any other issues that might arise.
• Conducting Post-Award Contracts/POs review including contract validity, comments and clarifications before obtaining COO and CEO approvals in order to increase the likelihood of satisfactory contract execution.
• Flexibility in making necessary contract changes whenever need it; while protecting the integrity of the contract.
• Meeting with client, suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve issues, whenever need it.
• Verifying all the requirements of the contract/PO are satisfied, and setting unresolved matters.

As Warehouse Management Section Head
• Data analysis and developing warehouse management system, by integrated with enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Playing key role for developing warehouse master data and dashboard for all divisions.

As Local Procurement Manager / Site Procurement Department Head
• Receive and review PRs from other projects and departments, revise PRs; if need it.
• Manage all purchasing processes; activities, sourcing and supplier selection, create suppliers' information details in the Oracle system; if required, and send PRs to all potential suppliers.
• Updating list of all approved suppliers in regular basis.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and conduct price analysis and other data and information to determine reasonable prices and cost-effective supplier. Prepare quotation's evaluations and comparison sheet.
• Propose grouped of purchases to reduce time, administration work, and reduce costs.
• Prepare and launch POs including cost center with other relevant details on project, department and category.
• Obtain the required approvals including my approval from other parties on the POs after examine and gain knowledge about products, services and prices.
• Track all POs, contracts, materials, and receive discrepancy and supplier discrepancies, and take corrective action.
• Return any faulty or incorrect material received in coordination with requester, store management and project manager.
• Reporting for any significant supply problems to Procurement Director, Project Director and requester to ensure that department is kept aware of any potential difficulties and risks.
• Aggressively worked with my team to achieve significant cost savings through sourcing new suppliers, find substitute and or negotiating with existing ones.
• Coordinate and Collaborate with project management to define requirements, specifications, and scopes of work, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the financial manager to settle the payments of the suppliers and subcontractors.
• Engaged stakeholders and alignment throughout the end-to-end sourcing process.
• Managed procurement with delivering best quality and exact time delivery along with ethical contribution of integrity.
