The the responsibility increased and I had the challenges related to the HR department on my own for a period of 6 months.
 Managed to provide the support required from the HR department to all newly joining employees who were joining us from abroad, which needed additional efforts and extra time to be spent to accomplish, due to the limited number of manpower.

 Study and edit the recruiting process of the RTA with my team at the beginning of the project in order for us to improve and ease the workflow of the recruiting process.
 Source, pre-screen, interview and select the suitable candidate for all the vacancies of the Marine Agency and the strategy and corporate governance agency.
 Attend all the interviews of the candidates with the managers of the department as a representative of the Human Resources Department

 Worked on the preparation of the new recruiting system (TALEO) that we are using as a replacement of the manual process that the RTA used to do previously.

in the beginning of 2009 i moved to handle the recruitment of Injazat data systems.( www.injazat.com ) as a recruitment specialist in Injazat my main responsibilities were as follows:
1- follow up the resource request form the time it is issued until it is approved by the senior management.
2-source, screen and interview all the candidates shortlisted against the approved RRF's, and agree with the hiring managers about the selected candidates.
3-follow up the process of hiring new joiners on a contract basis, by liaising between the hiring manager, the vendor, the resource and the HR department.
4-follow up with the Finance department on the extension of service approvals for employees who are working on a contract basis.
