The TVTC’s external relations policies emphasise the need to increase opportunities in vocational
education and training (VET) and enhance prospects for young people. Doing so will strengthen
economic growth and political stability in the kingdom and leverage its leadership in the GCC.
Developing skills and supporting lifelong learning are central to the TVTC’s work to help partner
kingdom improve the employability and employment prospects of the citizens.
My challenge :
Under the scope of an e-Transformation project as a key business enabler, to Assessing, anticipating
and responding to changing skills needs using the maximum of technology, often tied to a lack of data
and insufficient resources.
Short-term projects result in frequent gaps in methodology and inconsistent results and make it
difficult for country partner to build expertise.
Under this project i achieve :
- Develop current state assessment, and gap analysis for Technology/Applications and Data of
Enterprise Architecture.
- validation of Vision deliveries / Principles
- realizing the "as is" phase and "to be" phase - gathering the current enterprise technology status
crossing all the EA levels :
- Strategy and business
- Data and information
- Application and services
- Technology
- Building a multilayered value chaine as a new perspective to analyse the current and future business
changes
- Drive a series of meeting with executives to collect future directions and share the assessment finding
and get validation and approvals.
- Establishing IT4IT operating model for Technology department.
- Assisting RFP preparation to launch many strategic programs and projects as part of the roadmap.
- Building a trusted repository and establish its maintenance and usage process within the overall
enterprise.

Worked as a TIE in the Customer Engineering department - Middle East and Africa (MEA) on the
following tasks:
• Managing Nokia "ALU" Network Management System " AMS-NMA".
•Integration & data analysis of FTTM sites ( GPON, 2G, 3G, 4G 2100/1800/2300, Small cell )
•Integration & PAT of VDSL, MSAN, IPDSLAM & FTTx sites
•Integration of mobile backhauling solution for customer mobile sites
•Technical Support to resolve all fixed access integration issues
•Configuration and testing of ISAM7302, ISAM-Voice, ISAM7356, ISAM7342 and ISAM7360
•Applying software upgrades & updates to all fixed access ISAMs
•Testing and trials of new products introduced in customer
Network
• Integration of ALU with Cisco's switches & Routers.
•Create technical documents (ECP's, MOP's, HLD/LLD) and training material.
•Integration and Configuration of all fixed access nodes on Alcatel Management System

- Managing project for full life-cycle solution delivery projects.
- Ensures all project artifacts and deliverables are documented, approved, and stored for re-usability,
support, and audit purposes in designated project tools.
- Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.
- Developing schedules and methods for measuring results
