Lead the performance of root cause analysis on critical or recurring issues, analyzing issue history in order to identify projects that will have the maximum impact toward reduction of these issues.
Job Duties :
Design wired and wireless networks infrastructure with hierarchical based structure.
Implement various network topologies using different equipment.
Develop network systems using the following vendors solutions :
CISCO, JUNIPER, PROXIM, INFINET, SCHMID, FLEXDSL
Projects :
Implementing the whole network designs and network infrastructure for Al-Maha Language Schools, including all the expansion of the whole wired and wireless network, and all the network access solutions, providing a highly reliable switched network.
Installs and maintains networking equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls and proxy devices.
Install, configure, and support all local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) hardware, and Internet/Intranet systems and all segments of the network systems.
Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
Troubleshoot service interruptions, performance issues and document resolutions.
Monitors data network activity and reviews performance-monitoring tools to ensure normal data network activity.
