• Oversee all installations and repairs for MEP systems, including defining and controlling the scope of MEP systems in schematic drawings, to ensure proper startup processes.
• Coordinate with consultants to mediate conflicts as they arise between vendors and contractor, reducing or eliminating issues to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.
• Review testing and commissioning procedures in collaboration with Quality Control to guarantee a smooth handover process following project completion.
• Perform regular facilities and equipment inspections to quickly detect and resolve any defects.
