* Ensure Network Stability and Security.
* Installation, Implementation, and administration of new technologies agreed by company to increase service performance.
* Provide a Technical Support to customers.
* Managing VOIP Network (Voice Gateways, Cisco Access Servers, Call Manger, Soft Switches, Etc.).
* Monitor VOIP Traffic (SIP, H323, SS7) between Voice Gateway and Soft Switch, and from/to PSTN.
* Ensure that the security of the business IT systems meets the organization’s needs (including on and off site backup procedures, disaster recovery procedures, virus protection, access controls across all devices, asset management and physical security.
* Work with NOC Head-Office on common issues, and assist in future growth plans.
* MS Systems administration (MS Office 365 Hosted services, MS SQL Server, MS SharePoint 2010, MS TMG 2010).
1) Diagnose hardware, software and Network problems, and replace defective components.
2) Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
3) Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
4) Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware.
5) Operate master consoles in order to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use.
6) Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records.
7) Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software.
8) Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
9) Confer with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
10) Monitor network performance in order to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future.
11) Train people in computer system use.
12) Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and use the information to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate system and network requirements.
13) Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
14) Maintain logs related to network functions, as well as maintenance and repair records.
15) Research new technology, and implement it or recommend its implementation.
16) Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs.
17) Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases.

►Administer the Network of Jordan Aviation Airlines branch located in MARKA Civil Airport, including Network cabling, Network device installation & configuration (Cisco Switches, Cisco 1845 Router, Cisco ASA 5520, Cisco Aironet 1100 Series AP's).
►Provide Help desk services to employees, including Hardware maintenance, Software installation.
► Coordinate with Aviation systems providers like Jordanian Civil Aviation Authority which provide Aviation Messaging System AFTN, SITA Systems which provides Sita Text and Flight Planing Systems, etc..
► Monitoring the network for security issues.
