• Organize Meetings to identify areas of improvement
for projects, documenting recommendations and
presenting them to Project Management.
• Assist and advise projects sponsors and projects
teams to the best use of project management
disciplines and approaches.
• Develop a positive relationship with projects
sponsors and provide support including facilitation,
tracking and reporting projects.
• Maintain processes to ensure project management
documentation, reports and plans are relevant,
accurate and complete.
• Handling and dealing with several HR duties within
the projects.
• Monitoring the Project risks level and issuing and
updating risks register
• Cooperate with the Project Manager and Project
Engineers in achieving day to day activities.
• Following up project progress on a weekly basis.
• Preparing meeting’s agenda, providing meeting notices.
• Managing various indirect projects tasks and ensure
they are met in a timely manner.
• Analyzing, study, and manage subcontractors’
contracts
