Support EHS efforts of the facility and provide managers and supervisors with methods, techniques
and approaches for implementing EHS Management Systems and other UTC and Miraco-Carrier
standards.
▪ Act as consultant and advisor to the oversight committee with input from the EHS Oversight
Committee, draft the annual plan per the requirements outlined in the Annual planning section of
this manual.
▪ Dedicate sufficient time to assess regulatory and company needs, at-risk behaviors and unsafe
EHS conditions, consult and advise management of the appropriate prevention and control
methods.
▪ Review current and proposed legislation, determine impact and provide technical support,
consultation and advise Managers and Supervisors on EHS issues, regulatory requirements, UTC
and Miraco-Carrier standards and best practices.
▪ Advise and approve location operating decisions, new processes and/or equipment relative to EHS
impact.
▪ Train all managers and supervisors to their EHS responsibilities, hazard recognition and root cause
investigations per the Training Plan.
▪ Ensure that EHS policies and Rules and Procedures are communicated to new employees per the
Communication Plan.
▪ Coordinate EHS activities including internal reporting and communication per the Communication
Plan.

Maintenance, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment such as following:-
Diesel engine and generator CAT3512, CAT3406, CATD399.
Wheel loader CAT 966F.
Centrifugal pumps.
Axial piston mud pumps.
Air compressor Sullair 5500, 5550.
Air wenches and man riding .
Control valves(pneumatic and hydraulic).
Various hydraulic and pneumatic components.
Pneumatic circuits and hydraulic circuits.
Prepare and perform periodic preventive maintenance schedule with operating and maintenance
instructions
Troubleshooting and diagnostic professions with mechanical and electrical problems .

on the QM-HSE Management System as follows:
Work permit / Electrical Isolation.
Incident reporting and recording.
Incident investigation.
HSE meetings.
STOP System.
Certification of Equipment.
Review and update with the work group work related Risk assessment/SJA for all Risk Related jobs
And share with other groups.
Motivate all Crew to achieve Zero LTI.
Monitoring implementation of EDC Hygiene instructions and meeting proper hygienic levels in
industry, food and accommodation.
Assist and monitor the implementation of emergency response and drills.
Provide guidance on HSE performance reporting.
Ensure proper and timely reporting on HSE matters i.e. STOP cards analysis report, weekly HSE
meetings, monthly HSE meetings, weekly HSE inspection, etc. and shall report other performance
indicators as appropriate.
Co-ordinate preparation of rig specific annual QHSE plan.
Participate in QMS audits as an audit team member as per the assignment of the audit team leader.
Advice on HSE training, instruction and exercises.
Performing Onsite Training For Rig crew Personnel.
Investigate accidents at the rigs, records such accidents and prepare necessary reports and statistics
Follow-up on incidents corrective actions And close-out.
Keep records for the safety equipment certificates on board and Ensure that every equipment has its
own origin certificate
Provide leadership in all matters related to HSE at the rigs.
Follow EDC trucks using IVMS system and issue violations in case of any deviations for transport
procedures.
