• Serve as consultant-side reviewer for all ELV and ICT systems on Amansamar 686, covering FAS
(NFPA 72), Voice Evacuation, BMS, GRMS, PA/BGM, ACS, CCTV, and structured cabling, on behalf of
client DGCL.
• Conduct formal shop drawing reviews across multiple disciplines and buildings, including GRMS layouts,
ICT schematics, CCTV and ACS drawings, and ICT basement layouts, issuing structured Word-format
comment sheets under Code A to D dispositions.
• Lead Material Inspection Report (MIR) audits for ELV/ICT submittals, including detailed fire alarm and
emergency lighting cable assessments, cross-checking submitted datasheets against specification,
SASO, NFPA, and IEC 60332 requirements.
• Issue Code B (Approved with Comments) and Code C (Revise and Resubmit) dispositions with clearly
documented gaps, ensuring contractors BUJV and Smart Communication Systems resubmit compliant,
traceable documentation.
• Perform panel-level and system-level technical analysis of ICT infrastructure, including IDF/MDF
schematic verification, to confirm design intent is preserved through to contractor execution.
• Coordinate directly with EllisDon (PMC) and BSBG (design consultant) to resolve RFIs, validate Field
Change Requests (FCR), and maintain alignment between approved design and site execution.
• Track construction progress across ELV and ICT scopes using WIR log data and document register
cross-referencing (Aconex), feeding verified progress data into project-wide dashboards.
• Develop standardized AI-assisted review prompt tools to accelerate and improve consistency of material
submittal compliance reviews specific to Project 686 requirements.
• Prepare and issue Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) to enforce
design compliance, Saudi Civil Defense (SCD) requirements, and project specification standards.

• Develop and approve the electrical Basis of Design (BoD), including load estimates, diversity assumptions, and protection schemes.
• Produce and review comprehensive design packages: electrical load summaries, single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, Panel Schedules, and power distribution systems, including detailed cable sizing and voltage drop calculations.
• Lead lighting design using Dialux Evo/Relux, ensuring compliance with lux levels and UGR limits, and design emergency/exit lighting systems per code.
• Perform detailed design of earthing networks and lightning protection systems, including bonding and test joint details.
• Manage and review short circuit and protection coordination studies to ensure system safety and reliability.
• Review and provide technical feedback on shop drawings, Method Statements (MS), and Material Approval Requests (MAR).
• Create detailed drawings for cable trays, conduits, and supports, and develop builders workshop drawings (sleeves) for coordination.
• Ensure all designs and installations cross-reference NEC and other relevant international standards.
• Oversee all on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor workmanship, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve field issues.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, leading project meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Interface with civil, mechanical, instrumentation, and structural disciplines to resolve technical clashes and ensure seamless service integration.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Enforce rigorous quality control by issuing Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for deviations.
• Manage the logistics and perform quality inspections of all incoming electrical materials and equipment.
• Witness, verify, and formally document all Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and site Testing and Commissioning (T&C) activities for full system acceptance.

switchgear, generators, ATS, UPS, BMS, and Fire Alarm Systems, across luxury hospitality and
commercial properties.
• Led technicians in resolving complex electrical and ELV faults, using SLDs and fault finding procedures
to ensure continuous system operation. • Engineered and sized a PV solar system delivering a 30 percent total load offset, including smart grid
inverters, system protection, BESS integration, and EMS monitoring.
• Improved Power Factor from 0.85 to 0.95, reduced annual energy costs by 15 percent through LED
retrofit, and cut critical equipment downtime by 20 percent through a revised preventive maintenance
program.
• Enforced LOTO and HSE safety standards, managed spare parts inventory, and prepared technical
reports on system performance and energy consumption for senior management.

• Reviewed and approved contractor shop drawings, Method Statements, and Material Approval Requests
(MAR) for power and ELV systems (FAS, ACS, CCTV, structured cabling, telecom) against SBC
standards and project specification.
• Verified critical equipment submittals, including UPS and ATS datasheets, against design intent and
manufacturer compliance requirements before site procurement.
• Witnessed and verified field Testing and Commissioning activities, including IR testing, continuity,
polarity, and loop impedance checks, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for ACS, VASS, and ANPR
systems.
• Reviewed site documentation including WIRs, snag lists, and as-built redlines, and verified final O&M
manuals and asset registers prior to client handover.
• Coordinated with project management on submittal status reporting and supported procurement review
of ELV and electrical equipment offers.

Project: King Financial District (KAFD), G+65 Tower,
• Acted as primary technical liaison between site execution teams, clients, and consultants, managing
WIRs and submittals to ensure compliance with approved ELV and electrical designs.
• Directed installation and testing and commissioning of ELV systems, including CCTV, intelligent lighting
controls, and multi-vendor Fire Alarm Systems, providing hands-on grounding in constructability now
applied during consultant-side review.

Dubai City,
• Reviewed and approved contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and samples on behalf of the
consultant, and witnessed Testing and Commissioning activities for regulatory compliance
(DEWA/JAFZA).
