• Identify the contract baseline, With the project team, including terms and conditions, specifications, drawings, estimate, proposal, schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract.
• Establish and manage a Contract Notice Requirements Action List which identifies the contractually required notices and the individual responsible for initiating each notice.
• Reviews cost reports and schedule reports. Highlights major problem areas, worsening trends, budget overruns, quantity variations and brings them to the attention of the Area Manager.
• Promptly complete the Contractor Closeout Checklists to begin the closeout process.
• Prepare Letter of invetation for ”Vendor Reps”.
• Reviewing and verifying Vendors, Suppliers invoices and input all costs into System.
• Contact professionally with local Suppliers.
• Support Project Controls in the monitoring of Contractors progress.

• Prepare change orders to the contract and, as directed, negotiate such change orders.
• Establish and manage a Contract Notice Requirements Action List which identifies the contractually required notices and the individual responsible for initiating each notice.
• Reviews cost reports and schedule reports. Highlights major problem areas, worsening trends, budget overruns, quantity variations and brings them to the attention of the Area Manager.
• Promptly complete the Contractor Closeout Checklists to begin the closeout process.
• Participate in project related meetings, work closely with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls, and review project financial data to:
-Ensure awareness of all project activities that may affect the prime contract.
-Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, schedule relief and claim avoidance.
-Recommend appropriate actions to protect Bechtel’s interest and/or improve project performance.
