My key responsibilities are:
• Most senior executive in-charge of managing SABIC enterprise-wide Global Digital Communications Strategy, governance, and platforms globally including SABIC external websites, internal portals, social media presence, internal digital signage systems.
• Lead the Planning, developing, and governing of all SABIC Global Multimedia Assets including SABIC photography, video coverage, filming, audio and digital animation etc).
• Drive the crucial alignment between SABICs Regions/ SBUs/CFs to ensure the cohesive use of SABICs Digital Communications platforms across all applications.
• Enable SABICs growth strategy by proactively driving the SBUs marketing objectives on all Digital platforms to reach their targeted stakeholders effectively.
• Drive the Planning, developing, and governing of all SABIC social media presence globally.
• Lead and manage the enhancement of SABIC E-business activities to create a comprehensive customer journey from attracting and engaging till transactional operations
• Manage all Digital Communications during crisis and provide insights on online behaviors and conversations to take corrective actions.
In this position, my key responsibilities were:
• Develop SABIC’s internet Strategy in line with SABIC’s overall Corporate Strategy
• Govern all SABIC global websites and social media platforms to ensure maximum value and ROI
• Manage the enhancement of SABIC’s websites Globally with existing and new tools to support business growth
• Drive the Planning, developing, and governing of all SABIC social media presence globally.
• Lead the strategic development and prioritization of web-based communication requirements and plans across SABIC internal departments and affiliates.
• Provide SABICs internal department Leaders with high-level actionable intelligence related to both customer behaviors and employee engagement on SABICs web presence and recommend corrective actions.

o Responsible for maintain SABIC internal communications channels.
o Liaise closely with project and program managers to ensure that their communication needs are being met by the communication channels and that their program is fully supported.
o Ensuring that the SABIC Intranet and Internet are updated on a daily basis and that they operate to the highest standards.
o Ensuring that designs, communications and all aspects of business handling are consistent with the corporate branding guidelines and reflect a unique and reputable image of SABIC.
o Supporting and advising on department objectives, activities and strategy development.

o Being responsible for identifying and implementing innovative approaches to enhance SABIC web presence
o Ensuring that SABIC electronic media products and processes meet the highest technical and creative standards.
o Ensuring that internal digital systems are always current and up to date.
