Administration:
1-To ensure that the management and maintenance of the buildings is effectively undertaken.
2- To oversee any premises related projects, builds, or refurbishment.
3- To be responsible for the health & safety of the site.
4- To ensure that halls and other meeting rooms are set out as required for meetings, assemblies, and other events.
Purchasing:
1- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
2- Assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
3- Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
4- Government relationship.
5- Reviewing and approving tickets issue orders.

Brokerage:
1- Setting the annual (strategy, budget) and aligning it with the company’s needs.
2- Working to increase the brokerage revenue, and expenses control.
3- Working to increase the market share.
4- Working to create portfolio for the market maker
5- Setting the department and the staff objectives besides providing coaching to ensure maximum performance and achievement (including KPIs).
6- Develop a brokerage system that includes defining operations orders, financial accounts, and processing different types of brokerage payments.
7- Implementing brokerage transaction as per CMA and Tadawul regulation, Jadwa policies and procedures, and ensuring risks identification and implementing controls.
8- Auditing brokerage daily transactions, to be insured with the high quality.
9- building a good relationship with brokerage clients.
10- Lead the brokerage team to provide free error services to the asset management orders, and clients.
11- Ensure that all CMA compliances requirements relating to KYC, and AML are always.
12- Ensure that the appropriate personnel are in place to deliver the short and long terms goals set for the Brokerage Operations Team and provide direction, coaching, training, and motivation to these staff.
13- Working with Jadwa team on the Post-trade Technology Program (PTTP) project.

العمل في أغلب إدارة القطاع ، والاكثر كان في إدارة خدمات الموظفين من عمل الرواتب الشهرية ومراجعات الزيادات وتسوية القيود والعمل على قروض الموظفين ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة ودفع المصروفات اليومية من إنتدابات وبدل تدريب وجميع الامور المالية المتعلقة بالموظفين .
