· Initiate the project and develop project plan
· Developing and controlling schedules and scope, and mange changes to the baselines
· Analyzing and monitoring project risks and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect projects
· Developing and managing project team
· Monitoring progress and make sure the project in the right track
· Develop and Managing reports and necessary documentation
· Managing communication and stakeholder engagement
