• Employ and finalize the formalities for more than 1200 trainees under Human Resources Development Fund for training at non-profitable institutes (two years diploma).
•Responsible for all Human Resources Development Fund programs (direct employment - training at non-profitable institutes ending with employment).
•Follow up on our trainees in performance and attendance with the institute.
• Worked on manpower plan for Saudis by coordination with the concerned department depending on the work requirement and the category (Nitaqat) at the Labor Office \[for nos. 24 different CR\].
• Arrange interviews for applicants or coordinate with the concerned department for interviews after checking the documents of applicants.
• Responsible of onboarding process (completion of company forms, provide employment offer, register the employee in GOSI and Human Resources Development Fund, inform the payroll department on employee date of hire, issuance of badge No. and employment contract.
