- Assess the manpower with the internal management teams and maintain an effective communication with them.
- Coordinate the recruitment budgeting with relevant stakeholders.
- Undertake all recruitment activities including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, offering, and onboarding.
- Recording new hire information on ERB system
- Follow up on probation with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain relations with relevant external recruitment sources.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and reports.
- Mentoring Fresh graduate new hires through the first 8 weeks to adapt with company's culture and work environment.
Responsible for 400+ employees HR related operations that includes :
- Payroll, Attendance, Annual Leave and bank transfer file preparation.
- Government relations (MoL.MoI.Gosi.Chambers).
- Medical insurance portal and maintaining invoices and payments dues.
- Maintaining clear employees record and monitoring daily entries.
Basic HR operation practices with linked tasks such as maintaining vacation records, timesheet, letters preparation and archives
Linguistics and translation from Arabic to English and vice versa
