On my senior year of college education I worked in Fanar Recruitment Agency. I was responsible for coordinating and overseeing the work of others, designing a new marketing strategy and negotiating deals with recruitment agencies abroad. During my short time at this company and as a result of the new marketing strategy, sales increased by more than 50%.
