Summary of Job Responsibility
1. Lead the planning team to facilitate the Planning (Strategic & Operational) process by identifying
strategies and defining objectives and initiatives and related KPIs, cascading to the levels of
department, collaborating in the annual business plans and measured effectively.
2. Oversees and tracks the performance of the divisions toward the strategic objectives on regular basis,
ensuring the proper implementation of strategic objectives and achievement of set targets on
initiatives and KPIs.
3. Standardization of the reporting, escalation mechanism and change request to the defined and
approved Annual Business Plans and Short-Term Strategic Plans.
4. Help the team to utilize their potentials by monitoring, directing and simplifying the processes in work
manuals.

2. Participate in the development of the reporting procedure that reflects the progress update and risks of all projects and contracts.

1. Participate in the development of the strategic programs and prioritizing projects in the annual business plans.
2. Support the process of defining the corporate, cross-divisional and Organizational-wide KPIs and targets.
3. Contribute in the preparation of the monthly dashboard to provide the management with strategic initiatives progress and Track project performance against plan, including scheduled milestones, deliverables.
4. Analyze relevant middle year and year end KPIs and follow up with concerned departments to collect the required data.
5. Maintain an accurate database of programs information and progress updates.
6. Maintain awareness of developments in the approved project management methodology and standards and apply these consistently to the management of all projects.
