Drafting and submitting all kind of formal letters ( warning letters, letters of definition, service certificates), and try to solve the employees issues if found. Also, I was responsible of drafting employment contracts to all of the entity’s employees, and made KPI (Key Performance indicators) for those who signed their contract and those who didn’t.
• In addition to that, I was assigned to train with the Training and Development department project of drafting Job description and Job specification for almost two months, where I was started with some of the job roles in the entity’s plants.
