Overseeing full cycle of accounts payable function, including but not limited to:
* 3-way matching of all the CAPEX invoices ( accurately recorded and supported by relevant documents)
* Suppliers’ relations (through prompt payment & reconciled account activity - project wise reconciliation)
* Coordinate with the treasury on Payment
* Evaluate the payment terms and conditions of the contracts
* Approving PR accounting allocation in i-procurement module
* Work closely with the financial performance and CAPEX governance to evaluate the projects by providing the financial information that support in making decisions
* Working with the big vendors on projects closure
* Assist the financial accounting director
* Provide supporting documentation for audit

* Led a team of +25 male & female accountants to oversee the day-to-day finance operations in 18 retail branches and to ensure that the reported revenues are accurate and are properly booked and inventory movement is reported in conjunction with the sales report, as well as maintaining the daily operation to ensure it complies with the company policies and regulatory requirements in the region wise.

Preparing the Journal entries, reconciling the bank statement.
Maintaining the account receivable and account payable.
Reconciling the inert-branches account, using the Oracle and HMR accounting applications.
Reconciling the petty cash for various departments.

Participated in executing the audit programs for various audits. The audit were performed under the modern methodology to ensure that major risks are identified and managed.
