Job Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible to track procurement activities such Request for Quotation package, Bid Closing/Bid Opening date, Technical Bid Clarification, Commercial Bid Evaluation, Award Recommendation, NMR- 601-602 submittal and review completion, and Novate the PO to the LSPB contractor

• Support tendering processes, single source justifications and contract negotiations

• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers

• Contractual evaluation of the offers, recommendations

• Raise Purchase Requisitions / purchase orders / work orders / service orders / subcontract orders

• Review vendor contracts to ensure conformance to project specifications and to identify deviations from
accepted group policy/practice and any unusual business or logistical risks

• Maintain an up to date contract register and a plan of procurement activity

• Undertake market research activities regarding suppliers / business requirements to source the best
suppliers and solutions

• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while seeking/developing new ones

• Coordinate the technical and commercial bid evaluations

• Review/co-approve Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) before client submission

• Maintain an overall Project Procurement Plan as per Project Budget

Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with procurement and material engineering in the specification, sourcing and qualification of materials used in the design to meet client’s quality, cost and manufacturability goals
• Analyze all suppliers to select the most suitable suppliers who can deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
Preparation
• Preparation of Piping Line List, Specialty Items List, valve list etc
• Checking and reviewing Vendor Documents for Piping, Equipment’s etc
• Preparation of material take off sheet (MTO), and material requisition (MR)
• Follow up the Comments given by Client in any deliverables to update periodically
• Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity

* Responsible for the following aspects of Supply chain:

Sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution. Also involved in identifying and implementing initiatives to reduce overall supply chain cost base.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information

• Working closely with suppliers and customers to improve the operations and reduce cost

• Communicating needs & objectives to managers & key personal in procurement, logistics & distribution

• Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency within the budget

• Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated

• Accurately calculating total supply chain costs in relation to proposed new projects

• Determine feasibility of designing new facilities or modifying existing facilities, based on factors such as cost, available space, schedule, technical requirements

• Handle inventory, process orders, plan warehouse layouts, and help design product packaging to maximize shipping efficiency

• Process the purchase of materials and secure their supply in the right time within target cost, quantity and quality

Co-op with Howell Ventures Ltd to design and develop Electromechanical Braking System for instructor to assist paraplegic in case of emergency. The main purpose of the system is to allow instructors to take control of braking functionality if necessary.

Objectives of the project:

• Utilizing a linear actuator to control the movements of a vehicle’s OEM pedal

• Modifying Howell Ventures’ acceleration pedal to an OEM brake pedal intended specifically for the
evaluator

• Creating a mounting system for the brake pedal and the linear actuators
