Conduct an annual physical count for pig iron spanning 21 days (3 weeks), quantities up to 57, 000 Ton, with a value of over 75 M. Report variances and shortfall or excess to group procurement and central warehousing team.
Maintain, manage, audit, report with regular physical count for all spare parts inventory Items which over 7000 Items, with value of 30 Million. Ability to generate reports using SAP for product, by quantity and by location.
Manage and conduct annual physical count for all raw material items which is over 500 items in three warehouses with value around 25 Million.
Process and deliver materials via material requisition request on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as per the published production plan, average transaction value of 800K per month.
Communicate with internal clients and fulfill their requirements / demand based on production plans for prime contractors with Saudi Governments, Aramco, Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture.
Plan and execute at least three transfer in requests from other KSA warehouses in line with overall product plans.
Manage all tasks/requests based on priority during weekends and out of office hours due to operational demand in Amiantit, display ownership to deliver with extended work hours.
