• Responsible for the assessment and identification of the business’s learning and development needs of our clients in Middle East region; primarily at the managerial level.

• Manage partnership with top 10 international training partners, such as GP Strategies/BlessingWhite (USA), CMI
& ILM (UK).
Designed and implemented leadership development program for 52 employees, tier 3&4.
• Designed and managed mentoring program of RTA Employees in coordination with CEOs and Directors.
• Conducted Training Needs Assessment and Created Annual Training Plan for 6, 000 employees.
• Managing the “B+” program for employee engagement.
• Applied succession planning on 254 sensitive positions within RTA. This project identified the readiness in addition
of the performance of the succession plan identified employees.
• Liaised with top business schools (London Business School, INSEAD, Harvard, etc.) to ensure 4 international
speakers every year for the Chairman, CEOs and RTA leadership team.
Conducted needs assessment with clients to understand training needs at the executive and leadership level, and
designed/delivered executive, leadership & consulting interventions based on results.
• Designed and delivered content focused on customer service, leadership & management and other soft skills
training areas.
• Designed and implemented a career coaching program for 3, 000 employees in one of the biggest Oil & Gas
companies
Responsible for learning & development project timelines and deliverables across business unit.
• Created, summarized and analyzed program evaluation data, ensuring that feedback is incorporated and overall
quality maintained or improved including evaluating training impact and learning outcomes.
• Preparing and developing instructional training material using the ADDIE model. This includes the participants’
workbook, presentation slides, instructor handbook and training impact forms.
• Created training calendar and ensured that programs were rolled out across organizations smoothly.
